Q. Does the "review articles" filter on Google Scholar mean the articles were peer reviewed?

Unfortunately, Google Scholar does not have a peer reviewed option.
The review articles option is for articles with a literature review on a particular topic or articles that discuss the works of the author you searched for works that discuss the authors.
